Rossi and Lorenzo set to resume title battle

World Championship frontrunners both looking for return to form after disappointing Donington results. Fiat Yamaha pair Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo arrive in the Czech Republic for round eleven of the 2009 MotoGP season this week riding high at the top of the standings, despite a disappointing last race in the UK. The highly talented pair sit first and second in the general classification with seven rounds remaining, Rossi leading by 25 points, with an intriguing run-in to the end of the season awaiting. Brno is a particularly special track for Rossi as he took the first of his 101 career victories there, in the 125cc class in 1996. The 30 year-old has a strong record there overall having since added a 250cc victory and four MotoGP wins to his tally, including last year on the way to his eighth World title.
